Danielle Pinnock ('10) stars in the hit CBS Comedy Young Sheldon, the spin-off to the popular, multi-Emmy award-winning television series The Big Bang Theory. In addition to her incredible acting ability, Pinnock is also an accomplished playwright. Her one woman show, Body/Courage, premiered at Rivendell Theatre Ensemble in Chicago in 2016 and is a tour de force. In 2020 Pinnock built on her repertoire through some voice acting jobs through the shows ThunderCats Roar and Doug Unplugs. More recently she has starred in the show Ghosts, which started airing in 2021. Pinnock is a vocal activist in the body positivity movement. Her written work on body awareness has been featured on Buzzfeed, Weight Watchers, National Eating Disorder Association and other publications. Pinnock is a graduate of Temple University and received her MA  from Birmingham School of Acting.
