They received a BA in Cultural Anthropology from Mount Holyoke College in 2016, with a minor in theater. Prior to returning to theater, Kit worked in community organizing and politics; their experience as Chief of Staff has served them well in planning for and adapting to the bustle of backstage responsibilities. They are deeply interested in how theater can allow communities to examine the workings of power on gender, race, and class; and how we can use the stage to imagine new possibilities.
