Natalia de la Torre is a versatile theater and dance professional, costume designer, crafts artisan, technician, and scenic painter. Originally from Worcester, Massachusetts, they earned a BA in Theater Design from Temple University and pursued an MFA in Production Design from Ohio University.

Currently serving as the Costume Shop Manager for the Walnut Street Theater and head draper for Upper Darby Summer Stage, Natalia also contributes as an adjunct professor at Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ. Their involvement extends to roles in the theater community, including serving on the Barrymore Oversight Committee for the 2018/19 and 2019/20 seasons and as a Barrymore nominator from 2017 to 2020.

Natalia received one of five Design Residencies at the Philadelphia Design Center in the 2016/17 season, a hub for theater and film makers. Apart from designing, they share their expertise through workshops on Wig Styling and Maintenance and Thermoplastics. Natalia occasionally takes roles in wardrobe or wig styling for various theaters, and has contributed scenic painting skills to theaters such as the Lantern, Interact, and Delaware Theater Company.
