FMA internship opportunities provide students with a bridge across the gap between studying media arts as a student, and working in media arts fields as a professional. By providing hands-on opportunities in the craft, creative voice and entertainment businesses, approved placements allow juniors and seniors in good academic standing to receive a maximum of six academic credits gaining introductory experience in the film and new media market place.
Internship experiences help students identify both short and long-term career goals and career-launching skills for competitively pack aging their industry experiences for future employment upon graduation. Options range from locally based internships to those offered through the department’s study away program in Los Angeles. Interested candidates may apply for enrollment via application and interview.
