For more than 50 years, Temple Theaters has been a vital piece of the Philadelphia theater community, helping to shape and hone new talent, while producing elite level work that delights audiences. Each season is full of dynamic and intriguing student productions with a range of bold modern productions, emotionally enriching classics, and gorgeous musicals. 

As the public production/performance focused arm of the Department of Theater, Temple Theaters is seen as the creative, collaborative hub of our undergraduate BA and BFA programs, as well as our professional MFA training programs. The faculty and staff from the department that contribute to the productions and the educational experience of theater students are highly-trained scholars and working professionals, many with noteworthy theater credits in Philadelphia, New York City, nationally and internationally.
