Last Friday, the nominees for this year's Barrymore Awards were announced by Theatre Philadelphia. The Barrymore Awards are a nationally recognized honor that has been given out yearly since 1994, and are considered the Tony Awards of Philadelphia. Owls were all over this year’s nominee announcement; check out the full list below, and a hearty congratulations to everyone nominated!

Outstanding Choreography/Movement in a Play

Outstanding Direction of a Musical
Prof. Amina Robinson for The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee with The Arden Theater
Outstanding Supporting Performance in a Musical
